I, Konstantin Korenevsky, born in 1965, a German/Pole by etnish group, place of birth according to the data of your Migration Department from Russia, residing in the self-governing parish of Rietavas, village Labardžai, ask you to allow me to live and work in Lithuania, since I need to raise and bring up two young children: daughter Eduarda, 2 years 5 months old, and son Ernest, 4 months old, who are poorly looked after by my irresponsible ex-wife, so they really need my parental care.
I am a Christian, and helping, caring for these children is my Christian duty.
I was born and raised in exile. My grandmothers were exiled from East Prussia/Memel Land to Siberia during the Soviet/Lithuania ocupad era, to Krasnoyarsk Krai (Krasnoyarsk 26 - closed city), from there they were transferred to the GDR in 1956, and from there they all family immigrated to the USA. There I grew up, finished school and received a university education. I have been living and working in Lithuania since 1992. After the Soviet occupation, as helping economic of Lithuania,I invested more than 80,000 (eight thousand euros) in independent Lithuania. I have a documents to prove it.
In the Rietavas municipality, Labardžiai village, I have a plot of land, a garden house, a car, a personal business, Lithuania social savings insuranse, and my work seniority of Lithuanian and from US. I have two higher educations and can mke civil work as an architect-builder, so I ask you to allow me to give living, work and raise my children as decent and educated people in on the land of my ancestors a free and democratic Lithuania, which is part of the common space of the European Union. At the moment I only have a travel document of Russia issued to me by your Ministry of Internal Affairs and a Schengen visa of Kaliningrad region of Russia Federacis, which is valid until October 17 of the current year, therefore I ask the esteemed President, the Migration Department, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and other responsible bodies to consider my application for a residence permit in Lithuania before the specified date and inform me about it before this date. I am waiting for a positive decision, since my family was deported to the territory of Russia after the Second World War, and I have also been was deported to now by your Department of Foreign Migration Affairs, but I served in the NC&CO, the Criminal Intelligence Agency, US and in connection with this there may be pressure, persecution of me by the Russian state security agencies. In the future, if possible, I want to receive confirmation from Russia itself that the data of your Department of External Migration Affairs is falsified and that I was not born either on the territory of Russia or on the territory of the Soviet Union, either in 1965 or at any other time, and I do not have a property or plan to have it in Russia.
Please do not violate my rights to have a family, raise children, be born in the Republic of Lithuania without persecution, pressure, violence from state and official persons of the self-goverment Rietavas of Republic of Lithuania. A last shirt without pockets, and my ex-wife is a degraded woman and she needs to taken care , but since all the repressions, persecution, pressure, violence from the state and officials of the self-governing Republic of Lithuania towards me made her a whore and an alcoholic, then the children will also suffer from this, and these children will be the same as her, if she will be raise them.
