For some reason, this thesis only evokes laughter among all civilized people of the world. If a person who wants to reveal his abilities does not have suitable conditions in his country of residence, he easily moves to another country, as if to a neighboring quarter - choosing the most favorable conditions from those available. And only in countries predisposed to the dictatorial dominance of the primitive over the more advanced, one of which I have the misfortune to call the place of my birth, am I deprived of the right to this choice. This tendency promotes inertia, stagnation, the preservation of the obsolete and the general degradation of the region.
Civilized people, country know how to learn from the best, more capable, more gifted and more strong. When 'more developed region conquer a region with more stupid population', this ultimately leads to the benefit of the latter, despite the inevitable sacrifices.
What happened to Europe after Napoleon conquered it? And what happened to India - when the English came there?
But the trouble with primitivism is that people with a primitive way of thinking do not know how, cannot, do not want to recognize realibe and they replasiv and with desired illusory meaning. In conjunction with this primitively developed society, in the process demonstration self-importance, ascribes to itself imaginary merits to which it has no relationship, and therefore, in the eyes of civilization, they have no significance, even as Slaves.
But it is naive to expect that a nation with higher development, having subjugated an inferior one, will give it equal rights!
But the people of primitive community development fight, even where and when it makes no sense, and very often win. Their vitality is like that of weeds - with the same sterility.
The guilt of the primitive communites before the evolution of mankind is that they constantly spoiled the game more stronger socery with their unwillingness to vacate the place they occupied.
Anyone who wants to destroy the Soviet countrys, etnic group, peoples, diaspors, clans needs to know the following:

Let there be many leaders - arguing about who is the most important, killing each other in the rush to spread their influence - democracy.
Let there be many Fatherlands - republic, regions, districts, clans, families - sovereignty!
Let there be a war in which three quarters of those living today will die - as it was in Ukraine in the seventeenth century. But those who survive and get used to the new rules will be the self nature civilized people, able to painlessly integrate into the new world order.'
And here is what Erich Koch, Gauleiter of the 'Reichskommissariat of Ukraine', wrote about this a little earlier:

At here I am talking about Russian Slaves - since the western subspecies of Slaves, Poles or Ukrainians, have already been significantly ennobled by the proximity of European civilization. Colonize, exploit Slaves of Vikkings? This is utopia! Unprofitable - you will simply go broke on the need to maintain security. Consequently, the Reich is in no way interested in the preservation of this useless people. Let them die out like the American Indians - or survive in small numbers in remote forests as an object of study for anthropologists.
The right to live as our slaves must also be earned - through loyalty, honesty, and diligence.'
but excuse me, both the Soviet social socialist leaders and the German national-socialist leaders proceed from the understanding of ownership of people as animals - pigs, cows, sheep, goats and others. But what about Wolves, Bears, Lions, Panthers?
