The city of Plunge, August 8, two thousand and eight.
I, Konstantin Korenevsky (personal code 3 650415 1894), residing in the village of Labardzhu, Rietava local government, hereby order in the event of my death:
1. I, Konstantin Korenevsky, bequeath a part of a residential building located in the village of Labardzhu, municipality of Rietavas, unique number: 6898-3005-6016, together with other land plots, buildings and structures that will belong to me on the day of my death, in equal shares:
daughter of Eduard Korenevsky (personal identification number 6 060221 3414);
son of Ernest Kotenevsky (personal code 5 080327 2218)
2. The content of Article 5.20 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania has been explained to me.
3. The will is drawn up and signed in two copies, one of which is kept in the notary office of the Plunge district, the second is issued to the testator Konstantin Korenevsky, whose identity is established by the travel document of the Russian Federation 51Nr.2758084, issued on 12.07.2007 by the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Klaipeda.
To me, Konstantin Korenevsky, the text of the will was read aloud, it was understandable to me and, as being consistent with my will, tosigned.
