 1982 graduated from the Siauliai Pedagogical Institute and received a degree in physics and astronomy. Here showed himself as a Komsomol activist and a staunch supporter of repression against the youth who are opposed to Soviet moral and legal norms.

 In 1982 he joined the Communist Party of the Soviet Union and from 1982 to 1984 he worked as deputy director of Darbenai Secondary School.

 1984–1985 – Teacher of Soviet history at Rietavas Laurynas Ivinskis Secondary School.

 1985 – 2000 – Principal of the primary school in Zadvainiai, Soviet activiste, propagandist.

 1990 – 1995 – Member of the Plunge District Council.

 2000–2023 Member of the Rietavas Municipal Council.

 In 2000, on the basis of the law of the Russian Federation /first edition/ for services to Russian punitive repressive organs and by his own free will, he received Russian citizenship.

Since 2014 — member of the Liberal Movement of the Republic of Lithuania /a type of social-nationalism with a Zionist bias/, Chairman of the Rietava branch.
