DECISION
ON THE OBLIGATION OF KONSTANTIN KORENEVSKIY, A CIVIL BELONGING OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION, TO LEAVE THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA

Having examined the case regarding the obligation of the citizen of the Russian Federation Konstantin Korenevsky, born on 14.04.1965, is obliged to leave the Republic of Lithuania, I have determined:
Konstantin Korenevskiy, a citizen of the Russian Federation, arrived in the Republic of Lithuania legally on 2003.08.04. On 2004.02.04, he was issued a temporary residence permit in the Republic of Lithuania. After the permit expired on 2005.02.04, the person did not leave the Republic of Lithuania.
Pursuant to Article 125, Paragraph 4 of the Law of the Republic of Lithuania 'On the Legal Status of Aliens', I have decided:
1. Order the citizen of the Russian Federation Konstantin Korenevskiy, born on 04.15.1965, to depart from the Republic of Lithuania to the Russian Federation within 7 days from the date of delivery of the decision.
2. Warn the citizen of the Russian Federation Konstantin Korenevskiy that if he does not leave the Republic of Lithuania within the specified time, a decision will be made to expel him from the country.

According to Article 138 of the Regulation of the Republic of Lithuania 'On the Legal Status of Foreigners', this decision may be appealed to the Klaipėda Regional Administrative Court within 7 days from the date of adoption of the decision.
